You removed Update.rpf?! Yeah, that doesn't seem like a wise idea.
Unlesss you meant the version in mods. In that case, I bet you did not properly sync mods with the latest game patch. You need to copy your vanilla update.rpf over the one in mods\update, and then re-upload the new gameconfig back to it, and your own dlclist.xml file.

When I said 'new gameconfig', I meant this file: Gameconfig for Patch 1.0.1011.1, not the vanilla new gameconfig.

When I said 'new gameconfig', I meant this file: Gameconfig for Patch 1.0.1011.1, not the vanilla new gameconfig.
