When you edit the description of your mod, is the mod considered updated?

I mean will it be pushed to the top of the "Latest version" section.

@Jitnaught not unless u upload a latest file. Just changing the text discretion or screenshots , doesn't bring it up.
Plus u should give a change log with your latest version upload.
