Two simple question about car textures

Hello guys, I'm quite new to this modding community so I'd like to get some information about 2 things.
1- Where can I find the texture files from the Insurgent ? I can't seem to find them anywhere.
2- I would like to personalize the license plate, but not with traditional numbers, rather with a picture like this: http://pics.imcdb.org/0is514/c02tx8.4420.jpg How is this doable?

@joke4joker insurgent is in dlc/mpheist but the plates are located in vehshare.ytd in x64e/levels/gta5/vehicles. The issue is you need to remodel the insurgent to have such a plate, because if you modify the plates in vehshare.ytd, it will become the plates on all vehicles.

Well, I downloaded a mod for the exact vehicle I needed so it will maybe make it simpler for you to explain.

This is exactly the same car, and I'd like to change the plate only on this one. How would I do this? Which file is the one with the texture of the plate? Also, won't the plate change if I change car? Or won't the other same car have this plate too ?

I've been looking in the texture of this vehicle in suburban.ytd and I found 2 things looking like plates. 1st one in "livery" and 2nd one in "stuf41"/"stuf42"Now, do I need to change those to make the plate I want permanent ?

@joke4joker This car features game´s original license plates. You don´t need to explain anything. You were already told, that you need to edit this car´s unlocked model in Zmodeler(for example) to manually remove in-game plates and creating a simple "license plate-like shape" and then mapping your "custom license plate"-texture onto that.
Stop looking for those textures, You are only wasting time...
There are (unfortunately) still many mods with non-workable license plates, but in most cases, there are "problems" between EU/US bumper license plate fittings. Try searching for these kind of mods, usually beginners release them...
