[SCRIPT] [MISC] Typing the phone numbers directly via numpad

GTA IV feature I greatly miss. Would be great to have it back, though it might interfere with flying controls.
EDIT. I don't mean the dialpad, I know how to open it. I don't want to navigate it with the arrow keys, but type the number directly using the physical numpad keys located on the left end of the keyboard.
