Google SketchUp to GTA V

Hello guys,

I look for a solution to convert a Google SketchUp house or "file" to Grand Theft Auto V.
I have create my house and will bring it to GTA V. What for possibilities are makeable?I will change a orginal house or delete to set my house on this location. I have many infos about ZModeler or Blender or something else but i dont now how. Can help me?

All mods and options sicenceses i have on Singleplayer.
