Impossible to download mods (REPLACE)

hi, i'm discouraged. I want to install this pack of mods (https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/longer-trains). I have to replace, as it says in the readme, the different files with Open IV. I have replaced the script train.xlm and traintracks.xlm, but every time I start the game, the mod did not install (there is no texture in the game, but when I click on the mod file (Metrotrain) file is properly installed and I see that the mod is installed.) Plus, I even create a mods folder as it says. I really do not know what to do ... I even tried to put other mods for different cars or bikes(Replace) but nothing works when I run the game . I do not know what to do. This is the first time that has happened to me.
