@mikerich156 2003 model is difficult to find, if u can consider a newer 2005 onward version I could help. Or even rs or T models. 2003 and 2002 3.2t is not easy to find sadly. You can however purchase a model from hum 3d etc

Hi!
I would like to request a last-gen 2003-2011 Lincoln Town Car, more precisely a conversion from a GTA4 or GTA SA model. This one looks decent (http://www.gta4-mods.com/vehicles/lincoln-town-car-2003-11-f14178) but here's another one too (http://www.gta4-mods.com/vehicles/lincoln-town-car-2006-v10-f16699). This one looks rather nice too (http://www.gtainside.com/en/sanandreas/cars/42642-2010-lincoln-towncar/). Dunno if this car is interesting to you but that's just my 2 cents :DD
I'm also a huge fan of the 1998-2003 model but I think there's only these models available which is not very good (https://www.gtaall.com/gta-san-andreas/cars/5333-lincoln-town-car-2002.html). This one seems a little bit better (http://www.gta-worldmods.de/phpkit/start/include.php?path=content/download.php&contentid=4007&PHPKITSID=fa35dc7fd5eb4c047f9d574a034d5980).
Also, I'd love to see a Ford Excursion but as far as I know no decent model exists
