Welcome to the official Thread of Single Player Apartment
Single Player Apartment, has a pretty self-explanatory title (as per usual), coming to us and adds all of the properties players could purchase in GTA Online. Including Apartments from the High Life DLC and Executives and Other Criminals DLC.
Features:
- 5 High Life Apartments, 7 High End Apartments, 3 Custom Apartments, 9 Stilt Houses, 18 Medium Range Apartment, 5 Low End Apartment for a Total of 47 Apartments to spend your $2,147,483,647!
- Every High End Apartment, Medium Range Apartment comes with a 10 Car Garage, Low End Apartment comes with a 6 Car Garage for a Total of 450 Cars can be save to your Garages!
- Every saved Car is your Personal Vehicle, and your Mechanic will happy to send you your Personal Vehicle to anywhere in the world! Just give him a call.
- Interaction with Prop just like GTA Online, You can watch TV, drink Wine, Whiskey, Green Juice, Smoke Bong, Take a Shower, Changing your clothes & Sleep on your bed!
- You can also buy Cars, Bikes, Planes, Helicopters, Boats, Bicycle, Lowriders & Tanks with Benny's Original Motorworks, Dock Tease, Legendary Motorsport, Elitas Travel, Pedal to Metal, Southern SA SuperAutos & Warstock Cache & Carry.
- This mod even can speak your languages, currently we support American English, Chinese Traditional, French, German, Spanish & Polish. Special thanks to the Contributors.

I'm currently making a new mod "Single Player CEO/Single Player Office" which adding ability to play "Further adventures in Finance and Felony" DLC in Single Player. You can buy offices, warehouses, become a CEO, hire Associates, buy/sell merchandise, Estimated Release Date: Winter 2016/Spring 2017

@ImNotMentaL OMG, that's exactly what I've been waiting for, is a single player mod that will give us all the features of the Finance and Felony DLC, so we can buy our own office, warehouses and become CEO, hire people to work for us, buy, pick up and sell cargo just like online. Your mods really change the single aspect of the game, this is what single player should've been like. It's a shame that rockstar is only focusing on online only and ignoring the single player mode. No DLC, nothing new, everything that has been released has been for online only. Thank you for stepping up and doing this for the GTA 5 single player community!
Single Player Apartment mod along with your Persistence mod is a definite add-on! Also will we be able to purchase and modify Super Yachts as well?
I've been looking for a mod that will bring every DLC to the single player in GTA 5.
I will definitely make a donation for this once it comes out!!!

Perhaps you should start a new topic that way more people will know about this mod and we can check back frequently to get updates on your progress or get feedback also.

Totally love this mod, but there's no 'Apply' button for the SPG -> SPA conversion.
Hence, it converts nothing.

@ImNotMentaL Honestly, this SPG -> SPA conversion is not working at all.
SPG uses xml files; and it seems your conversion tool expects some (older?) vehicle.cfg files.Or I'm completely misunderstanding things. Has anyone else done this conversion?

As you can see, there's no 'Apply' button at all. And when I press Enter a few times, SPA_Tool just crashes, saying something about '0' being an invalid index.

This Mod is Awesome Perfection, I Hope The "Player 3" Mod get a realisation
I couldn't wait to really play using a freemode character freely
and also I think you need to made so we can sit in the couch inside the apartment

@novanaja21 I definitely agree that the Player Three mod would be great, or in other terms, Free Mode seamlessly integrated into SP.
As for sitting on the couch, it wouldn't be hard for him to do. He just needs to add points where the player is placed and performs a certain animation. Hes just gotta move the player to the point so they line up correctly.
@ImNotMentaL I use Menyoo to sit down right now, and have an exit animation too. The couch sitting wouldn't be too difficult and I hope you implement this.
For all of your interactive things, you should find out how to make the player walk to a certain spot so the animations line up correctly. If you doesn't know the native, he could have the player get teleported to the right spot temporarily with a brief black screen. Sorta like how sitting in the hot tub works in the Yacht mod. But I would talk to Mafins about this, because at one point he had this in his marker teleporter in the Spooner maps. It may also be how he made task sequences work. If you did this, the animations would look so much better and more fluid.
Also, you should talk to Mafins about getting proper particles for the bong, shower, and also maybe even getting the fluid physics/animations in drinks to work.
