[SCRIPT] Auto open gates to houses (rather than pushing)

Could someone possibly make a script mod or a mod where we can open gates to houses etc. in games automatically (without pushing cars through them or walking to push them open) it would be really useful when role-playing with a house with a manual gate

@ethannn_ yea a universal gate/door remote key. like face the gate and press E of sorts. would be nice.
