@meimeiriver i removed OAI from the equation only reinstaling so i could change the load maps to no,then uninstalled it.
I dont see configurables ini, or in the ingame options for for enhanced native trainer to disable mp maps,i asked the modder still waiting reply. Only SPA theoritically is making the calls now,but it only load some maps, not all of them.

So, if you have none of the above mods/tools load them, then they simply won't be.
And yes, if you want interiors with SPA, you need to allow it to load the MP maps.
