[WEAPON] + [SCRIPT] - Storm PSR

I always wanted to see a weapon mod of Storm PSR in GTA 5.
Storm PSR is a weapon from Call of Duty: Black Ops 2. It is a very powerful sniper rifle that has an X-ray and also one very cool ability to charge your bullets so they can punch through thickest materials. The longer you charge it the stronger it becomes.You can have a look at it here. It would be a cool mod.
