Photoshop DDS Plugin - Mipmaps won't create

When I try to create a new texture my mipmaps won't create with nVidia dds plugin. It looks like this: http://imgur.com/a/wyjEd
It used to create them easily but now it just won't work. Please help me. This is really anoying.

The good news is, you don't have to.
You can just save to BMP, replace the texture with that, and OpenIV will just create the mipmaps for you.
