GTA 5 1.0.32 Add On Cars Not Work

I Have GTA 5 7 DVD With All update and last update 1.0.32
Try Alot of Gameconfig but not working Add On Cars Before Update everything work great
Can someone try to help me ?

So how i Solve my problem
Am go here C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V \ mods
and in the " mods " folder , i copy and paste "update " folder with 15.2GB
i copy and paste update folder in mods folder without Openiv
its work for 3 cars lets see for other now i gonna copy and paste new gameconfig for add more add on cars...
