Noob Install Question

I am pretty tech savy but want specific info to install a mod menu for my xbox360 gta v. My xbox360 is not modded or 'jailbroke' it is a normal out the box system. I am mainly interested in offline modding the world to add some thing to the game to make it interesting.

preciated. Im old school. So I know my s*it.. but I have looked and there are a million different 'mod' tutorials and you cant find out anything by most... just a kid trying to be the next youtube millionaires.Help...
