-- READ BEFORE YOU POST -- [GUIDELINES]

  • Guidelines & Tags

As we can clearly see, this category is becoming utterly cluttered very fast.
Therefor, in an effort to keep this category less cluttered, we've got to introduce some tags,
very similar to the ones that were introduced to the Releases & Works in Progress category.

Here are the following tags that should be used, depending on what category your wish for a mod falls under.

    Search

To prevent users from making duplicate threads we insist that you first use the Search function to check and see if there already exists such a request.

If such a request already exists then we suggest that you just bump it.

    Categories

These are the following tags that will be put infront of title of your thread, depending on the category which your mod idea falls under.

[TOOL] - For ideas of mods that fall under the Tools category.
[VEHICLE] - For ideas of mods that fall under the Vehicles category.
[PAINT] - For ideas of mods that fall under the Paint Jobs category.
[WEAPON] - For ideas of mods that fall under the Weapons category.
[SCRIPT] - For ideas of mods that fall under the Scripts category.
[PLAYER] - For ideas of mods that fall under the Player category.
[MAP] - For ideas of mods that fall under the Maps category.
[MISC] - For ideas of mods that fall under the Misc category.

Example of tag use in thread title: [VEHICLE] Forza Models to GTA V

    Generic

[DONE] - For topics that had their request come true...

Failure to abide by these guidelines will result in your post being edited to fit them.
Continued failures will eventually result in your post getting deleted.

A topic in the Requests category would not be complete without an actual request.
So, if you've got any ideas on how to help keep this category - or the forum in general - less cluttered, let us know!

  • @GTATerminal

    One suggestion from my end.

For users who wish to raise a new request, before posting new requests make sure to give a search once on the forum and on the mods website, it would help to avoid the duplications of requests/suggestions.

  • @ashishcw Definitely.
    Good suggestion. Thank you!

  • thank you moderator.
