How to add more parked cars?

Hey guys,

Ive been trying to add more parked cars by "playing" with different values in popcycle.dat but none of those seem to work.

Did anyone find a proper way to add more parked cars in-game?

I am talking about randomly parked cars on the streets, not about player's cars.
