I was trying to download menyoo mod and I accendently opend it with notepad and cant change it back can anyone help plz

You mean asi double click opens in notepad? Right click and properties has default open with, you can change it there, but ultimately it doesn't matter what you instruct windows to open it with, game will still us it correctly. Means any file readable/editable with notepad like some xml, dat, bin, meta, can be set to open with notepad for easy view and they will have no problems in your games
