Some NPC-Models don't spawn with trainers or RPH

maybe someone can help me with this problem:
When I want to change my player model to some specific peds (e.g. the spyactress) the trainer (ENT and Simple Trainer) just gets closed, and can't be opened again. Same thing, when I want to spawn those models as a bodyguard, or as peds (in RagePluginHook).
Any suggestions for fixing this?Thank you for your help!
