How to create a Ped Mod from 3D Model?

I have the 3D models (3ds max). I want to put them on in the GTA V. Any instructions. Please please help me.

@duyoanhfamily not this is going to be a long learning curve for you, not too long but yea long,
I learnt the basics of modding from YouTube tutorials and later new mod author friends like skylinegtrfreak helped me out tought me stuff , still do teach me from time to time.

@duyoanhfamily yes I do, but teaching is not my thing, plus I have no time for it, I have like 2 hours per day to work on creating mods, I use mobile cell phone to moderate the forums while at work and if there is no work at work place.
Teaching you won't be an option for me sorry, but there are lots of great tutorials on YouTube. And in case thou didn't notice ped mods are not my speciality , I barely know a thing or two about ped mods. You will have to spend time learning from YouTube or from someone who has time or reason to teach you , who also makes ped mods, I have zero ped mods so far.
