Aiming animation continues, even when I'm not holding a gun. Help?

Having a bit of an issue. For some reason, I'm having a non stop aiming animation. Arms out as if holding a handgun, strafing-style walking, not able to run, or swim. Once this happens, the peds are doing the same thing. The exact same thing. It's quite annoying, any help is appreciated. Thanks.
