@messi3194 what program are you using? Normally i free select the part of the texture i want to change the color of and then hit colorize to change color. Hue and saturation works depending on the color you want. Since you want black find an image that has black in it and load that image up and use eye dropper or pick foreground color and select its black color. Then go back to the image you want to have black and use either fill, blend, or airbrush to color it in.
