needing help my GTA 5 won't mod the cars using open IV

well guys I even tried a pack that was a vanilla pack with ELS in it and it did the same exact same thing I don't know what is going on with Open IV it reads all my other modded stuff but not my vehicles wtf

@TR71777 I'm going to have to watch that later, I suffer from vertigo and I can't watch POV videos that move around that much, it makes me ill. I can't watch FPS gaming videos for the same reason.
I'll have to download it and then go through it slowly in a media player.

@LeeC2202 understandable bro and I am sorry for the pov video but it was the only way I could of shown you what I was doing and I tried several times with other police mods my way and yours and even with a vanilla police pack with ELS with it still did the same

Ignore my deleted comment.. I am really struggling watching this video and I skipped too far and missed a section.
Here's one thing that has just occurred to me, are you sure patchday14ng is in your dlclist.xml file? It's a bit of a straw to clutch I know but all straws are valid targets at this point in time.
I also think you're trying to do far to much at once. Pick a single vehicle, make that single vehicle work. Once you have that one working, do another... when you get two working, do the rest.
What I do find interesting, is that the texture being used on the roof is a dirt map out of the vehshare.ytd file... which is a little strange.

@LeeC2202 ok ill give it a try again and yup the patchday14 is in my dlclist.xml I did kinda seen that but I tried other mods that were police related els and non els and it still did the same but ill try 1 file at a time and see and report to you if anything changes. and FYI your still awesome

@LeeC2202 hey bro I figured it out I did a verify on my game like you normally do right well come to find out this mod Project Wipers for original vehicles v1.3 is corrupt it was blocking all my police car mods so I removed it and now its working I think you might want to let the creators of this mod know that their mod is corrupted and it blocks all police car mods and anyone else who uses this mod.
FYI I am not bashing the creator of the mod I doubt he or she or they know its corrupted.
