Need maximum mods gameconfig for 877/help with editing my own

So I have about 14-15 addon DLC mods in gta and I'm trying to install this maniamods.ru/load/cars_for_gta_5/cadillac/cadillac_eldorado_brougham_1957_add_on/820-1-0-3982 without crashing but it has a ton of tuning parts so my game runs out of memory. How can I edit my gameconfig so it doesn't crash? I already have a modded gameconfig file but I guess I need more.
