Can somebody do a first person motion blur mod?

my brother use to own a 2006 gto 6.0 with fully blown motor. had around 700 something horsepower. and from driving it in real life, even at 160 mph there is no motion blur. to experience this you would probably need to be in a jet flying at low altitude in real life. this is probably why you wont see this mod ever and if you do, more power to you for proving me wrong.

currently he owns the new cadi, over 1000 hp, and that at high speeds doesnt even give motion blur. maybe motion sickness lmao. not blur, here is a link to it
