Use ped-only weapons? As in weapons that aren't in the weapon wheel?

Hey, I know that GTAV has these weapons, but I'm going to talk GTA4 because it is easier. With GTA4, there were weapons that couldn't be used by the player without a trainer, like the pool cue, or with lcpdfr, you could use the nail-gun. I know GTAV has these kind of weapons even if they don't do any damage... You know, the peds that walk around with grocery bags and cell-phones... actually that might only be in GTA4.
What I'm trying to say is that GTA4 had weapons that could only be used with a trainer, and Ill put money on GTAV having them. Anybody know if we could use them with a certain trainer?
