Need a .ytyp file for addon props

Just another qucik request. Could someone perhaps create a ytyp file for me using either this tool: https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/addonprops or manually. Doesn't work for me -.-
File should include following prop names:
texas_1
texas_2
texas_3
texas_4
texas_5
texas_6
texas_7
texas_8
texas_9
texas_10
texas_11
texas_12
texas_13with LOD distance set to 1100,0, external textures (texture is called "texas_full") and as static props (Flag 32).
Would be greatly appreciated.
