dont have patchday4ng or patchday7ng on my UPDATE folder

hey guys, i wanna ask you something that i dont know..
i just wanna install https://www.gta5-mods.com/paintjobs/vauxhall-insignia-indonesian-police-pjr MOD or https://id.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/police-vauxhall-insigniabut this mod told me you have to replace on Update/X64/dlcpacks/patchday4ng/dlc/X64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf
but in this case i dont have patchday4ng folder.. i just have patchday1ng,patchday2bng,patchday2ng,patchday3ng,
so what should i do ? please help me
