Tutorial Request: Scars and Tattoos for MP_Male and Female Characters

Can somebody please explain, or preferably link me to a tutorial on how to create custom scars and tattoos for multiplayer characters.
The tutorial section doesn't have one, can't find one online and @marveIIous who has made his own refuses to reply to my request on his mod.
All scars and tattoos that I make will be uploaded to the community.
