GTA V changes screen color, it happens to you?
-
@Reyser did you also try uninstall your driver completely?
it should fix it.. ive remember that I change few setting on my nvidia control panel then reboot.. back on again.. setting are back to default. I thought it same as yours, but you when you launch a game.
-
@FoxtrotDelta I'll try that tomorrow, thanks for the suggestion.
@GPlay90 My configuration is not restored to default when I launch a game, it keeps being the same I've put, just color changes when loading/playing a game.
-
@Reyser but those settings is located same, on nvidia control panel
try uninstall driver first
this what I use to uninstall driver http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html
-
@GPlay90 I tried but anyway it did nothing.
About the problem, I did some tests with the old driver, the one that was the new one when I've created this topic and with the new one that came today, but the problem still persists. That's a sh*t

@Reyser I should asked this earlier.. is it happen when you play games on fullscreen and windowed mode or fullscreen only?
well, i just put these links here.

-
@GPlay90 I noticed that when I changed from Windowed Mode to Fullscreen in GTA V was when the color changed. I'll take a look at both links.
-
Still changing color in Fullscreen mode... anyway I appreciate your help guys!
-
@Reyser well, if the changing color only on fullscreen mode. Then play on windowed, i actually play on windowed mode
-
@Reyser said in GTA V changes screen color, it happens to you?:
@GPlay90 I noticed that when I changed from Windowed Mode to Fullscreen in GTA V was when the color changed. I'll take a look at both links.
'Borderless windowed' is far superior to Fullscreen, and make switching between apps a breeze.
-
@GPlay90 @meimeiriver Yes now I'm using Windowed mode and color keeps being the same, also the FPS are again unlocked while using this mode. Both things (color change and FPS lock) seems to happen only with Fullscreen.
I'll update the state of this thread as "solved" at the moment. If someday I find a fix or something for Fullscreen mode I'll update it. Thanks guys
-
@Reyser glad it solved for now and ya hopefully we can find a fix for fullscreen
-
@Reyser This happened to me once. It was strange - In first person view, it would look completely different, and then if I switched to third person view, it would look as it should. Then.....I realized, Michael is wearing shades, LOL. Took off the shades, and all returned to normal!
-
Still having this problem. The colours go really contrasted whenever I go in to fullscreen (and windowed borderless).
Anyone found a fix yet?
