Where is the coquette carcols.meta?

I am trying to convert MrEverest Skyline 1999 (https://pt.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/c-west-n1-1999-nissan-skyline-gt-r-r34) into add-on because he don't know how,but when i tried to make carcols.meta from zero,the tuning got compeltely bugged,front bumper was rear,exhausts don't load,it doesn't work,and also speedometer isn't working. So I need the coquette carcols to use it as base for this skyline carcols,the problem is,since the first day,coquette never was updated,so you can only find it model in the base file for gta cars,and there is no carcols with it stats nowhere,I searched in literally every single carcols in my GTA and can't find it,so,where is the carcols for coquette?

Search that file for <kitName>64_coquette_modkit</kitName>

@Vlad Probably better if that much text is posted via a pastebin link to be honest, which is why I didn't paste it. Or at the very least wrap it in code tags so it appears in a scrolling box.
You do that by inserting three of the symbols on the key next to 1, that looks like this `
Add 3 at the start and then 3 at the end
