So I'm havin this issue after I installed about 11 car add-ons and messing with gameconfig.xml file to make them work. My character walk in mission circle and game behaves like it's in a mission but nothing is happening. Not sure what to do cause I worked really hard to make thing right with the mods and I wan to play campaing.

thats an issue of gameconfig's
it boosts the limits and singleplayer can't handle it
