I am having an issue with my GTA 5 when I change out the weapons and cars the weapons aren't coming up how i replaced them, and some of the cars aren't loading as they are changed as well... please help anyone, i have went in each dlc patch and it shows I've change it in all correct folders but it still will not show any of the mods

I am looking for someone to create a template or show me how to create it, I am looking to replace the bagger with a similar vehicle. I am willing to put down some cash for this model to be made, cash is negotiable... please message me if interested or if possible.
