Can be the GTA Five: Apartment & Garage (SPA II) mod ported / updated to the last GTA V version? The author I'm Not MentaL (which was pretty active at past) now has mysteriously disappeared from the site and seems the mod itself hasn't been updated for 1 year already, and comments says the mod isn't working anymore on latest few GTA V's versions.

I seems can't get the mod do work because everytme ScriptHook DotNet keep showing these exact same errors every time I start game or reload the script:

I just now tried installing Enable All Interiors mod but I can't get it do work at all! There are no blips at all on pause map, and I tried to enter the LifeInvader Offices but... the door still refuses to open, then I had tried with sjack327's SNT to pass through the LifeInvader's entrance door but only result of doing this is that is the interior is being still unsolid and I ended with falling down through map. I simply can't get Enable All Interiors mod to work in my game, everything I want is just do work, mainly because of GTA Online interiors... And I have latest GTAV version, and ScriptHookV DotNet DOES WORK in my game, as the SHVDN's reloading scripts key (Insert) IS WORKING on my side, just NOT HKH191's mod itself, and yes, I checked and there's nothing wrong / mistakes in installing process - installed it correctly! I have no clue why it keeps refusing do work...

Successor of Open Interiors as ASI version
Can someone make an ASI version of Enable All Interiors that has replaced the outdated OpenInteriors? Because its a SHV .NET. Also, if possible for Franklin / Michael / Trevor to can enter online interiors (which are now lot more than those in Single player) them like OpenInteriors.

OpenIV - dead?!?
Something strange happen here - this program seems abandoned... Here's why:
- On Roadmap for OpenIV 4.1, things seems abandoned - there was NO single update since 12th Dec 2020, which is almost an entire year!
- On the page View Issues, the last few issues were total offtopic, like "How to download Epson Printer Driver?", "United Airlines Change Flight", "Jetblue booking - Jetblue book a flight", and some other advertisements! And seems team hasn't been visited the page to delete those at all;
- There were no progress about the "mods" folder and the ASI plug-in for Red Dead Redemption 2 (were going to be featured for OpenIV 4.1), which may left people playing this game unable to change any textures / models at all;
- On GTA Forums, in OpenIV's thread here there's also NO SINGLE REPLY by OpenIV developers since 30th Dec 2020, and people asking what happened to the OpenIV team as there were NO single post by them for the entire 2021 year!
I feels OpenIV might has got strike by Take-Two maybe again and they just abandoned their modding tool existed since GTA IV back in 2008. In said GTAForums topic people are commenting in last few posts that team has not been active at all in the last year...

Here: SpeedoMeters & STEERING Wheel SKINS For Manual Transmission, there are 16 pictures of total uploaded by author, but the 11th and 15th of them simply can't be viewed... These only shows an "The image could not be loaded." error...

I have the same issue. I cannot install any maps addons on that GTA V version. I edit dlclist in actual 1.0.1365.1's update.rpf in mods folder, as I'm doing usually - nope, I cannot load my game at all, it work only with unmodified dlclist.xml and nothing else! Sorry, but current version appears to be not compatible with any addons, I tried also custom gameconfigs and with all of them addons are just inactive...
Sadly, there seems to be no known workaround for now for that issue, not least for map addon maps...

I have similar issue. I cannot use any map addons since latest GTAV's update due to crashing at loading screen after editing dlclist.xml inside latest update.rpf with new entries for the custom additional maps. I tried 2-3 gameconfigs and game appears to load normally with them without the crash, however NONE of installed maps seems to work at all, they are just inactive and will NOT get loaded at all... Appears there's no way to use any add-ons (neither vehicles or custom maps) AT ALL on that latest version of GTA V (1.0.1365.1)! They just either crashes the game at at loading or they just remains inactive and aren't loaded in-game... I have tried those gameconfigs: "Gameconfig (1.0.1365.1) for Limitless Add-On Vehicles & Personal Save Game v14.0" and "Gameconfig.xml 3.0", none of them loads the add-on custom maps I installed in my game...

Have you looked at using a custom game config? Things should work fine if you have one.
Here's a good one: Dilapidated's Gameconfig.xml.
If you start getting ERR_FIL_PACK_1 errors you might need to start merging your (vehicle) add-on DLCs.
No, I do never used any gameconfig. When I install anything via OpenIV in update.rpf, game only throws me at desktop with generic "GTA V has stopped working" error, I cannot get pass loading screen with any OpenIV mods... I never encountered issues with any of previous game's versions, only current one (1.0.1365.1) gives me now inability to install any additional custom maps. I just cannot have any add-ons, even after removing ALL addons from dlclist.xml (reverting it to original state without any addons) game will still NOT WORK with ANY edited update.rpf, not even with actual 1.0.1365.1 one! I can run game only with untouched one literally, with ScriptHookV alone and all script mods game still work too, error only appears with mods using OpenIV.asi. Some others are encountering same issue and they also cannot get any OpenIV.asi mods to work in their game, like me... I have no clue whats the hell with this patch - it sounds somehow incompatible with OpenIV.asi...

I always get crash to desktop when I attempt do install add-on in dlclist.xml in current update.rpf (I wanted do install the North Yankton DLC map, Sarpinskiy (The city of Naberezhny) map and 1930 Art-Deco style House [load as vehicle] building, but I couldn't try them since mentioned crash at loading screen. I'm getting crash even with only one add-on of these. Most frustrating thing is, with reverting the dlclist.xml in update.rpf to the original state without any add-ons, my game will still not load Story Mode successfully! In fact I can load game only if I do NOT have any edited update.rpf, even one from the actual game's version 1.0.1365.1! Appears there's something nasty here:
- Game have changed encryption on update.rpf in this patch. Seriously, with any edited one the game can't load successfully, it will work only without any update.rpf in "mods" folder or with unmodified one which wasn't edited in OpenIV;
- OpenIV.asi and the current ScriptHookV for current patch are incompatible with each other and cannot work together;
- This version of GTA V doesn't have free space for add-ons (either vehicle / custom maps and cannot install even one-only in game without breaking the limit.
It seems to be somewhat nightmare to install mods in that (1.0.1365.1) version somehow...

Help! Game crashes when I attempt do install mods in update.rpf
Since the last game's update (1.0.1365.1), I can't seems do can run Story Mode with OpenIV.asi and any modified rpf at all. I want to install a few custom add-on maps, but after copying current update.rpf in "mods" and editing dlclist.xml, and placing maps' folders into "dlcpacks" folder, the game ALWAYS CRASHES at loading screen, even with only one add-on (which was always worked in previous GTA V's versions before current one) installed. The crash goes away only if I remove my edited update.rpf. Most strangley, even with the update.rpf from current version 1.0.1365.1 game stills just refuses to load single player successfully after I edit it with OpenIV, I can only run game without any add-ons or any edited update.rpf, even if I edit dlclist.xml inside update.rpf to it's original state, the game will stills NOT WORK at all! I can load single player with ScriptHookV and my ASI mods alone normally, but NOT with any modified update.rpf. Some users said they has to remove Menyoo trainer to launch their game but I do NOT HAVE it installed in my GTA's game at all. Someone to have clue how to install mods in current version of GTA V because I simply cannot get the game to work at all with ANY edited update.rpf and OpenIV.asi? I didn't had this issue before on any of previous versions, crashing on loading screen happens ONLY with current 1.0.1365.1 version, even with actual update.rpf (I never used an outdated one)...

Website suggestions:
- Please, add an option on users' profiles peoples to CAN view ALL comments posted by the specific user on mods' pages, as the comments to be showed as a list separated as a pages 1, 2, 3, and so on.
- Please on both website and forums, add an option to view user's forum's / website's last's activity date, along with ability to view his posts on forums here (which actually already exists) and comments user has posted on comments section on mods pages with I suggested above.
- Please, make comments section on every mod's page do show posted comments as a separate NUMBERED pages containing 10, 20 or 50 comments each (like the forum here), and NOT as a one SINGLE page showing all comments via uncovering the button to shows older comments! This requires user to click the button constantly for mods with 400 or 500+ comments, which also makes comment page INSANE long and VERY HEAVY as well for mods with large amount of comments, like ScriptHookV and Menyoo PC trainer!
- Please, add an option when someone click to view a comment posted by any user for a particular mod, website to jump and highlight that particular comment on ITS exact location (it might jump to exact comments' page if the particular comment is older).
- Please, at the home page with recent new and most downloaded mods for the last week, add also a section showing recent UPDATED mods.
- Please, add a stamps with bolded text to every user's name on both user's forum posts and his profile that indicates whether any user on site or at forums have been active related to his last activity! For example, if the user / modder's last activity was: 1 minute up to 3 days ago: dark green stamp "Very Active"; 3 days up to 1 week ago: medium green "Active"; 1 week - 4 weeks ago - dark yellow "Slightly Active"; 4 weeks up to 3 (full) months - light medium orange "Slightly Inactive"; 3 months up to 1 Year - dark-orange "Pretty Inactive"; inactive for more than 1 year: Medium Red "Dead" status stamp. In that way peoples who goes here to download mods will get via orange or red stamps this the author for a particular mod is vanished so asking him for help will be useless...
- Please add a feature that checks periodically whether the mods published here have a WORKING download! What I mean? Site to have a automatic check periodically for ALL modifications with both downloads hosted here or an external sites like Mediafire. My idea is:
If gta5-mods.com detects any modifications that have only external download and it does NOT work, a.k.a. the feature detects the external download link is dead and is NO LONGER active, and its author was last active maximum a 6 months ago, then website to send e-mail to author to fix it, also the autocheck do report at admins / moderators all mods if the check detects a non-working download which is NOT external and is hosted here instead;
However, if gta5-mods.com detects any modifications that have only a expired / dead external download, and if its author was active a more than 6 months ago, or have a red "Dead" stamp status (a.k.a. mod's author is vanished from here completely for like 9-10+ months), then the mod to be automatically deleted from the site.
Forum suggestions:
- Please, add an options for a text size and a text color.
- Please, add an option do CAN insert emoticons / smiles in thread's title as well.
- Please, make forum do shows a short list with most often used emoticons, and to add a button to expand if the user want access to the full set of emoticons.
Please, what can you say for those suggestions?

RE: OpenIV Team presents Liberty City in GTA V (Teaser trailer 1)
Guys, this mod is now officially discontinued...
On GTAforums there was a new user OpenIV Team announced here that OpenIV team working on Liberty City map mod have to abandon it officially and CANNOT release any version of this map due to new R* official policy about mods, as they no longer allows any import of any R* game's map in GTA V, including from other / older GTA games (NO MATTER if maps are original or modified / altered)! Appears even if there is a ported GTA map for GTA V with alternate modifications and NOT its 100% original variant, seems R* and Take Two will still NOT permit similar mods in any way!
So, R.I.P. any mods porting maps from previous / older GTA games into GTA V, like OpenIV's Liberty City, ViceV (GTA ViceCity's map port), SanFierro DLC (San Fierro and LasVenturas port from GTA SA's map), and probably even ViceCry (again a ViceCity map for GTA V, but with more places, interiors and HD textures) won't have chance for any release (most likely). Literally according to new R* and Take Two Interactive's new policies we can now release only custom maps which aren't any direct conversion from any GTA game, nor any other copyrighted games, like Criminal Russia Rage (for GTA IV) and [Indev] Bay Area HD Universe (for GTA V) which are made from scratch.

ScriptHookVDotNet page still have new comments disabled?!?
ScriptHookV page has been updated for new GTA V's update and moderators have already unlocked it for comments. However, for unknown reason the page for ScriptHookDotNET still have comments section locked for new comments since back of June 13th, and moderators has NOT unlocked it at all!

No Health mod for any attacking peoples and animals like police, army, SWAT and gangs?
Can someone make a mod installable via OpenIV and working without ScriptHookV that makes enemies that can attack you, like police, SWAT, sharks, army and sharks do have NO health, but it do NOT affects others at all? What I mean:
- This mod do apply ONLY for peoples that: attacks and can kill or bust you, like SWAT, police, army and gangs; any danger animals that can kill you like the sea sharks and the aggressive dogs;
- This NO HEALTH mod, however do NOT affect in any way: any of the three protalgonists and their families and friends; normal NPCs peds; sellers in barber, clothing and the Ammunation shops; any smaller safer animals, like birds and cats. Their health to remain unchanged.
- I was tried two mods released here doing this: Plague and Everyone must Die but they unfortunately have two major weaknesses: 1. They also kills the normal peds across Los Santos making car traffic to stop chaotically due to fact drivers being killed by those mods, and the city without any walking peds feels empty like ghost town and, 2. these mods also have major issue causing StoryMode protalgonists to have NO HEALTH, also refilling their health is broken with those mods installed! I found this anything which refills Franklin's, Michaels or Trevor's health, like buying soda or food from the street machines, or using "TURTLE" cheat for restoring their health and armour leads to INSTANT death for them (I got it several times with Franklin). I please someone to make a NO Health mod (which works without ScriptHookV) that have the bug described above fixed as it do NOT apply for main three protalgonists (they do still have normal amount of health), the shop sellers, and the normal NPCs... Thanks in advance!

Can someone make a Never Wanted mod that works without ScriptHookV?!?
Can someone make a Never Wanted mod that disables any wanted level, as it do NOT require ScriptHookV, but rather do can be installed via OpenIV replacing game's files?
I know there was one released in "Misc" section which was one of the oldest mods released here, but I found now it sadly have disappeared (that "Never wanted by police" mod appears to have been removed), so therefore it cannot be downloaded anymore.
Now really there aren't any similar mods for this available beside trainers and various other script mods which cannot work without ScriptHookV. Thanks in advance!

Hey man, I like your mod, however I'm wonder, cannot you just replace any other non-enterable building across Los Santos with one you're currently working on rather replacing original Michael De Santa's House? Because there's might be issues with savegames made with your custom house for peoples which are still using vanilla Michael's mansion?
Are you concerned this might be better, since you could also replace with custom enterable buildings many other non-enterable buildings which plays nothing in Story Mode's missions (and also doesn't features any interiors from GTA Online as well)?

The mod you're trying to get working might be not compatible with latest patch which you probably have. Many of older ScriptHookV mods (including many .NET and a some ASI mods as well) are not receiving updates anymore for recent versions due to their authors being vanished here making them obsolete (unless those using pirate older versions of GTA V). I think that Tornado mod you're trying to use maybe one of them and it to work only on specific older patch. If this is case then you can nothing to do really...

@Akila_Reigns Please don't offer the Benny's Garage ScriptHook .NET mod if you mean that one! Are you had even checked its page? Comments states that mod is totally outdated! Its author is vanished for like 8-9 months already, the Benny's Garage mod itself isn't compatible and cannot be used anymore for recent like least 6-7 game's versions / patches. Unfortunately author is no longer active, which means there's NOT GONNA to be any Benny's Garage .NET mod compatibility update for latest GTA V's versions coming on the horizon, sadly.
@kitzu, Single Player Apartment 1.8.2 ScriptHook .NET mod made by I'm Not MentaL here is still updated so it might be still working...
For spawning recent GTA Online-only DLC vehicles you'll need this because R* added protection against spawning them in Singleplayer (unlike the unusable Benny Garage mod, those two are updated and are compatible with recent GTA V's patch 1.0.944.2). Merry gaming!
