So I just got GTA V free from the epic games store, it is on the latest version and it is clean. I am very new to modding btw. I was watching figure eights video on modding. He recommended Open IV and for your first mod to be Vanillaworks extended DLC. I got Open IV to work but when I go to tools and click package installer but I don't see the mod anywhere. When I click download on the page, the little notification pops up in the bottom and when i click on it, it says to open with adobe. I changed it to open with Open IV but it still doesn't work? Can anyone help me, I've been trying to find a solution for the past four hours. Thank you in advance!
