Problem solved. Corrupted gameconfig was the problem.

Whenever I approach Hs(heist setup) icons, the game freezes for like one second and then crashes.
In other missions the game runs totally fine, so IDK why this happens.. any help please?

My pc specs :
I5-6600
Msi B150
Ram 16gb
Gtx1060 3gb
