Go to your GTA V directory and look for a file named ScriptHookVDotNet.log. Open it in a text editor and see if it mentions green goblin anywhere, and what it says about it. Does it not say anything about green goblin? Does it say "ERROR" next to green goblin? Do you not have the log file?

I can't find it anywhere, so I assume something's wrong with that.
