I'm having trouble converting a Map Editor xml map to ymap. So far ME2YM isnt working with error 'Unable to read file'.
Is there another way to make Ymaps please?

Hi everyone,
I am building a map using map editor and I have 2 pool decals that I need made into actual swimming pools.
This process is a bit beyond me so I am offering anyone £20gbp to make these two pools for me.
I can send you my map.xml and props.rpf along with the water.xml file.
The map is a mansion addition to Franklin's house in Vinewood hills. As it currently stand the areas where the pools are meant to be have all this wasted space where the water should be.
I did initially think it would be fun to turn those spaces into actual rooms but for realism I have decided it would be much more fun to have actual pools there.
Now when I have completed the build I will upload both the functioning pool version and the decal only pool version because some of you may not be able to work with the water.xml file.
I have spent the last 6 weeks working almost full time to get this built and in that process the design has changed radically from the original.
Also one final question: How do we spawn TV/Radio etc in the 'ON' position. It would be really nice to be able to use the beds, TV's, radio etc in our maps. I am also willing to pay someone to make this happen so please get in touch with your offers.
