@Al3x_M3rc3r No. Everyone can do that. You just need to use HTML code format to add links to it. Search in Google how to create HTML links and try it with your mod description.

@Al3x_M3rc3r Keep backups & take your time, it's easy to get lost in those vehiclelayout files.
There's some discussion about that here but I don't think it was completely solved.
