This is a similar asi plugin - maybe this one does the trick (it supports all GTA titles also GTA5).

Download and extract the following files to main directory:

• FXT (folder)
• $fastman92limitAdjusterX64.asi
• fastman92limitAdjuster_GTAV.ini
• MinHook.x64.dll

It's for 32 / 64 bit - you have to pick the right one for your system.
