I have no idea why are these interior mods relate to blood appearence. but seems like that's what it is. so guys if you have any questions im open and love to answer them.

SOLVED!
Finally, after all this year i have find out the solution. it is basically caused by any mod that helps enable interiors that should not be able to access in single player story mode. for example you have the open all interior mod, delete it. or you have the enable multiplayer apartment mod, delete it, and this will help you solve the problem.
