We do need more than just "it stutters." What specs do you have? What in game settings is it? Any mods? Do you have vsync on half rather than unlocked?

What mods do you have installed? It could be a mod that is crashing your game.

What mods do you have installed? Dinput8.dll works on the newest version of GTA V. I have no problems with it. dinput8.dll is just a mod loader. It serves no other purpose. If your game is crashing with mods installed then try deleting them and have scripthookv and diput8.dll only. If it works, install mods one by one to see which one is crashing your game.

Make sure you have an up to date Gameconfig. A lot of people have been reporting that when they installed addon cars the game crashes and won't stop until they get removed so you may want to try that to see if it works.

I just checked and there is no update on my end. If the launcher was updated then it's ok you can play with mods but there is no GTA V update at this time

@chudyoo Sharing of game files is forbidden. The way you're asking for this makes it look like you have a pirated game. Buy the game or update it.

Download latest version of R* launcher and latest version of GTA V. We don't support outdated versions of the game. Scripthook has been updated yesterday. You should have no issues installing mods or playing with them.
