Based on the read me it says you press CTRL+ L and it toggles the mod. Check the read me. It's inside the Chaos folder. The file is called shortcuts_ read me

@super-aura Redux is awful and is just a bunch of stolen mods. You want a good graphics mod, install NVR. Make sure you typed everything correctly on the dlclist.xml

redux is your problem

@gta5in2021 100% will NOT. You'll be safe. The launcher will tell you there's modified files in the game but just hit ok and ignore it.

Copy the folder X64 to the mods folder. Sometimes you have to do it manually, but be warned, it could take a long time to paste it to the mods folder. Then from there, just mod at your will.

Yeah, that's too many peds. The max I believe you could add without any problems was like 20 I think? I do believe that getting rid of a lot of peds is a good idea.
