Hi everybody, I am amazed at all the incredible "shorts & boots" retexture mods, I see on here.
Is there a simple reason (for simple people like me to be able to understand lol) why "skirts & boots" mods are so rare?

Hmmm, maybe the better question is: who DOES do "skirt & boots" retextures?
