Seems like you haven't played the game on PS3/360 where this is possible, yes (as Alex106 said).
R* stopped adding DLC vehicles to the garage menu when V was released on PS4/XB1.
Since version 1.0.617.1 R* blocks spawning new DLC vehicles which is why you need a trainer that bypasses this or the "Spawn MP vehicles in SP" plugin.

Btw, whenever a mod is detected by an AV I look into it to check whether it's a false positive or not.
And, like @krashadam, @meimeiriver and @DarthPungz already mentioned it's a false positive and I can assure you in this case it's just due to the exe/dll protector Menyoo uses.
I use the same program for research so I know how it works and how it can be defeated. -

@Natvis No offense but are you blind?? Like, did you even read the error message? It says your current game version is not supported. You have to wait until Script Hook V gets updated (you can also revert to the previous game version in the meantime).

@krashadam Well, it's a .NET script but we also have a DLC pack for objects, vehicles, peds, weapons, timecycles, translation, etc. and a C++ DLL (GTSLib.asi) made by me for stuff that requires memory access (oh and my NoBoundaryLimits.asi and RespawnFix.asi will be released seperately).

I was just curious because I have only just discovered that the mods folder works without ScriptHookV, I thought everything needed that and I am finding that it's not always the case.
There's a reason why it's called ScriptHookV. For the mods folder to work you need OpenIV.asi which needs the .asi loader. That's all.
In case you're a little more interested: ScriptHookV is the library that hooks the script from a custom .asi plugin into GTA V's script engine (puts it so to speak in rage::scrThreadCollection so it can be used as a rage::scrThread). This allows you to call script API functions (aka natives). This is the safest way, especially when it comes to TLS. This is simplified but I hope you understand this a little bit better now.
Also, everything that doesn't call natives or uses one of ScriptHookV's internal functions can be used without ScriptHookV. The first mod that was posted here uses getGlobalPtr, so it requires ScripHookV. The second one, though, doesn't call any natives or SHV's functions. It's just a plain DLL, renamed to *.asi so that it can be loaded by the .asi loader.
