This is almost always caused by bad routing (Cloudflare). The "solution" is to either use a VPN and change the IP to a different region or just wait until Cloudflare gets their shit together.

Mod authors cannot add/remove tags after the initial tags were set. You can just report your own file and mention that you want to add/remove a specific (or multiple) tags and a moderator will do that for you.
I've just done it for you btw.

Why this setting exist?
It exists to prevent abuse.
I've just added the Ford tag to your mod. In the future, simply report your mod and mention that you want to add a tag.

Only some users from France have this issue. It's the fault of your ISP/Cloudflare.

Dark mode and downloads are not related at all.
This is likely an issue with your ISP (since you seem to be from France).
Use a VPN or contact your ISP to fix this issue.
