When I input a car it doesn't get inputted. I tried re-installing Gta 5 but nothing. It says it is not found but I mas=de sure I inputted the car folder where it is supposed even the dlcist.xml file.(It is only for cars even replace and add-on's)

I don't know why but when I put any new cars like modded now doesn't work even yesterday they were in the game files I
formatted my pc as well but nothing and now it is crashing even with gameconfig.
