and my problem was in CScenarioPoint Patch which is out to date now and need update 
so @Tinman1287 @MIC97 check out if you are using this file, it's asi file in root folder and if yes just delete it until new version will be uploaded
@Zeuserx I made new mods folder, copied only update.rpf, used only new gameconfig and game don't load

@Aurora11 only thing that I can say to this is the version with overcustomized trailer is not what's goin on here...I use NVE and it's gorgeous as in the trailer...of course some weather give you better graphic experience than others so you see mostly the best ones in videos, but anyway game look amazing with any weather using NVE...but as I says, try to google bit for how to run ray tracing on gtx...not sure if it's true but heard it from pretty good it guy that it could be able with some drivers or whatever give it a try, don't give up yet 
@Double-Z it's never version so it should be better 
even that I heard that 1K version can run RayTracing with some updates it's still the biggest part they was focused on to get better ray tracing experince and for sure it have bigger memory what is biggest aspect in modded games 
as the specifications, there is nothing like that it depend on what and how many other mods you are using, so best for you may be instal NVE first and then just try adding more and more mods and always make backup few tens mods used at least so when your game become slow or have most experienced ting which is missing textures, you can simply come few step back where your game was running without problem
But for NVE is RTX card and raytracing reshade I think must have, you would never ever want play game without it then 
@GTADrik mod which make better hunting? I don't know but maybe hunting mod? Oh no it's nonsense, it have nothing to do with your interest 
@GTADrik I know there is 'search' button in top right corner of the website next to your profile photo and it work this way - you write keyord which means main word of your interest in this case 'sea' or 'sea life' and then it will show you all mods with this keyword in it. Try it and you will be amazed by the magic results I believe this helped you
@Blew write 'interiors' into search of the website and look what is there...in first line are 3 main and I think at least one is working with latest update...I don't use any so I'm not 100% sure
@AGLGTA5M1 why you think he is buying whole franchise? When you want open your McDonald restaurant, you are buying one location not whole brand, so I think it's more realistic the way it is just my opinion
@Vampnos so do you want mod or livery? livery may be included in the mod or may be from another moder so first of all try it if it's not inside and if not try to find for the same name on the web to check if there are some liveries
@hetake07 if you exported any file from OpenIV to get this open format, then it made the folder with the same name for you. So just keep this file and folder together in one location, grab the file back to the OpenIV and program will do the rest for you
@sefulretelei not a professional to say this but I think just use photoshop not these converters. It allow you play with a settings, edges etc more while creating normal map and you can get better result to your idea. Anyway, I think you don't need it to look like original game normal's yo umay be able to create better ones in meaning of quality. I think they need their textures to have combination of good look and easy loading for game engine, but you can make higher quality yourself
@hetake07 maybe let us know more? what file is that open format? how did you get it, did you downlaoded it or made exporting from OpenIV...?

@Jitnaught but still if you are working on pc and you have forum opened on pc whole day, you may check that new comment when you get new notification and 5 minutes later you got new one and 10 minutes later another one and so on
I think authors mean this good but people are lazy or unskilled so they don't tag or don't know how to tag people. I think the solution may be once you start writing coment under any mods, you'll get hint saying hey if you use @ with authors name, you can tag him to let him know about your comment 
@Dolan1235 upgrades always affect archive update.rpf so make sure to back at least this archive to get all mods from there into the new or best way to keep your mods working with newest updates is make a list where you write each file and exact location that you edit in update.rpf so after update you know which files you need bring from old archive to the new one
@PiggyBounce browse the topics and find userts that have green icon saying 'moderator' after their name and then just click on their name to open their profile, click 3dots and start new chat...same as writing message to any other user

@Namie243 look, if the people writing comment are not motivated enought to just tag you in the comment when anyone is speaking to you, it's not your problem, you can't check every your mod every day so if people want answer and not just hype or blame your mod without need of your response, then they have to tag you
and imagine you have one of that top mods where are hundreds of comments and sometimes 20 of them are just 2 random people chatting like dumbs there, you would smash your pc if you get notification for every of these comments
@Dolan1235 I don't think it's recommended, usualy you have to choose one, but once I installed VisualV first and then NV, I just replaced some of VV files with NV. TBH if it's better I don't know as I didn't compared it without and with, I just did it straight to don't miss any feature. But with NaturalVision Evolved, I think you would miss nothing without VisualV as the NVE is another level now (:
