@a63nt-5m1th Thank you so much for the reply fren. Though I have figured it out with a bit of luck and testing. It was postfx_intensity_bloom setting.
I was looking at other weathers and found out Clouds weather has a fixed glow intensity from 10pm to 5 am. So I just copied everything inside the w_clouds.xml to w_clear.xml and tested. It was fixed same as Clouds so I became sure it's not weather.xml or anything else. Then all I just did was reverted w_clear.xml to previous one and kept copying lines from w_clouds.xml and testing. It's kinda weird though I have missed that line because I know exactly what bloom setting does all the way from my Skyrim modding haha

@a63nt-5m1th It looks like the author just threw a random number to the duration value and didn't test it. I was felt the red light timer was increased because of using the gameconfig with 1,5x cars. After checking myself and Infinite Question, it turned out the author was just lying about it. Red lights are 12 seconds and tested at multiple junctions :PP

Because otherwise you gonna have to do game integrity check and let the launcher to redownload those files unfortunately

@nitro9090 Just deleting dinput8.dll is enough for that since every mod relies on that file. but if you still wanna absolutely clean everything, here is the clean version screenshot of my backup

)) I was switched to NVE recently but because of corona problem and couldn't fix it I just gave up and returned back to Redux. Going to save my Christmas money if I can get any to buy GTA Remake
Anywho, it's actually very subtle in my game and I normally don't really noticing the darkening this much as long as I don't look at explosion closely. Although the moon problem was bothering me a bit. but I just took the liberty of duplicating Clear and Extra Sunny timecycles and renaming them with Neutral and Smog. Then I just lowered the moon color values to half and when the moon is too bright, all I have to do now is to switch to the other weather

@a63nt-5m1th I changed the values and even went crazy too but it's still happening
( Lowering first 3 to 0 only changed adaptation speed
It just made the transition instant.


I'm having the problem with too bright moon because of this
While I'm looking straight, the sky is dark and moon color is proper but when I look up, I'm seeing horizontal etheral blue-ish lines (barely visible) moving towards the sky and causing moon to become too bright
If you look closely at the first photo, they are more visible when you look at Mikey's right above the ferris wheel. At the 2nd one, they are seen better when you look left of the head.

The timecycle I use has a glow increase after 10 pm. 11 pm is ok-ish but at 12 am to morning light glows being too intense and it's kinda bothering me honestly
In timecycle I made the values of first column and last column (10 pm to 12 am) same but it didn't help and there is a significant glow increase happening after 10 pm

@Raranoobster I haven't updated my game but I believe today's update was a version changing one
and no matter how small the update is, if it's changing version number it breaks scripthook very unfortunatly
