Hey, When my game starts up I am able to access menyoo and trainerV (simple trainer) and my ELS files are working. However the addons and replacements in my mods folder aren't working. For example, I replaced the police2 slot with an LSSD charger, but when I spawn it in game it spawns the vanilla buffalo police cruiser. Also i'm using EMF for replacements and my addons are installed correctly.
