Try to mod gameconfig because this issue may be because of this. go check for limitless vehicles gameconfig and try to mod it so that will work. tried even using menyoo it worked. had 5 star wanted level.

Since few days I'm facing an issue as when I enter Safehouses Especially Michael's Safehouse, game gives weird response as shown in screenshots.
